Alliance will be making equipment upgrades in the Brandon area throughout the next few months. These changes will allow us to offer faster Internet speeds in the future.

Unfortunately, this upgrade will disrupt your Internet, cable and phone services. To regain service, you will need to unplug your wireless router, DVRs and set-top boxes from their electrical outlets and then plug them back in. Please call us at 582-6311 if your services don’t resume.

We’re upgrading small sections of Brandon at a time. You will receive a notification call from us when your area will be impacted. We apologize for the service disruption; however, we have some exciting announcements on the horizon.

However, this federal funding was tied to the phone line. That’s why Alliance and other companies like us have required customers to have a phone line with Internet service. Without this federal funding, the price of Internet, cable TV and phone would have been substantially higher.
