HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
- Tell us you’re interested in fiber. Register your address and complete the information.
- Encourage your neighbors to register their addresses.
- When 75% of residents have registered their addresses, Alliance will schedule construction.
- Check back periodically to see the progress.
Registering your address doesn’t obligate you to get fiber. If we proceed with construction, we will meet with you at your home or business to conduct a site survey and answer your questions. Then you will officially give your approval to bring fiber to your home.
Alliance might charge a construction fee if you ask for a fiber-optic line to be buried to your location and do not activate and maintain service for at least one year. Some exceptions may apply.

Alliance charges a $50 installation fee, which includes installing services inside of your primary home or primary business. There might be additional costs if you have requests beyond a standard construction or installation. We will explain any additional costs to you and receive your prior approval. You can receive up to $50 in one-time credits if you sign up to receive your monthly bill by email only and you pay your monthly bill through automatic bank payment.
