After 30 incredible years, we celebrate the retirement of our CFO, Kari Flanagan.
Kari’s career has been marked by dedication, leadership, and a deep commitment to both the company and the people within it. When she first joined the organization, it was simply a telephone company serving a much smaller footprint than it does today. Over the past three decades, the company has experienced tremendous growth, technological advancements, and expansion, evolving into the broadband provider we know today, and Kari played a major role in that journey.
Throughout years of change and progress, Kari remained a steady and trusted leader. Her contributions helped guide the company through new opportunities, challenges, and milestones, leaving a lasting impact on both the business and the communities we serve.
When asked what she will miss most, Kari shared that it’s the people she worked alongside every day. Over the years, coworkers became family as they experienced life together, the ups and downs, joys and sorrows, celebrations and challenges. Reflecting on those relationships, Kari said, “I can’t thank them enough for letting me be a part of it.”
Kari’s impact goes far beyond numbers. She has built meaningful relationships and helped shape the culture of our company in countless ways. Her leadership, kindness, and dedication will be remembered for years to come.
