Alliance Communications is looking to add an Installation and Repair Technician to our team, serving customers across parts of South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa.

What the job looks like
This position is based out of Brandon, SD. The role is a mix of installation, troubleshooting, and customer interaction. One day you might be setting up new service, and the next you’re helping diagnose and fix an issue. Either way, you’re the person making sure things work the way they should.
What we’re hoping you bring
You don’t need to check every single box, but it helps if you have experience with things like:
- Telephone, internet, or cable installation and repair
- Fiber (FTTH) technologies
- Calix equipment
- Wi-Fi router setup and support
- IPTV systems
Experience with services like Ethernet, HPBX, or IoT devices is a bonus, but not required.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Telecommunications or a related field
- Around 3+ years of experience in telecom or data communications
- A clean driving record
