Service Disruption Notification- Hudson, Inwood and Alcester

Tonight, April 30th, we will be updating some network equipment. As a result, phone, cable, and internet service will be briefly disrupted for customers in Hudson, Inwood, and Alcester . The disruption will be brief, and will take place between 11:30 p.m. and 1:30 a.m.

If your service doesn’t automatically resume by 2:00 a.m., unplug your router and set top boxes, if you have any, from the electrical outlet and plug them back in.

We know it’s never a good time to disrupt services. We hope to minimize the inconvenience by performing this upgrade during the hours when internet usage is the lowest. If you have questions or need assistance, dial 611 from any phone with Alliance service or (605) 582-6311.
