Alliance has joined the Keep America Connected Pledge. Given the coronavirus pandemic’s impact on American society, we pledge to do the following for the next 60 days:
- We will not terminate service to any residential or small business customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to the disruptions that the coronavirus pandemic causes.
- We will waive any late fees that any residential or small business customers incur because of their economic circumstances related to the coronavirus pandemic.
