Get the FREE My Alliance WiFi App

The new My Alliance WiFi App is FREE for our Whole Home WiFi customers.

If you’re already using a router from Alliance, download the app today so you can start managing your WiFi network. Unfortunately, customers who purchased their own routers won’t have access to the My Alliance WiFi App.

You can do all of this through the My Alliance WiFi app:

  • Create profiles for each family member and control WiFi access to their devices. For example, you can cut off WiFi to your teenage son’s Xbox if he’s spending too much time gaming!
  • Create a guest network for visitors to use so you don’t have to give them your primary WiFi password.
  • Reset your SSID and password whenever you want.
  • View all of the devices connected to your network.

The app is free for all Alliance Whole Home WiFi customers. To download the app and connect it to your router, just follow the steps below. Or for printable instructions, click here.

My Alliance WiFi App

Step 1. Make sure your Alliance router is plugged in. Your router needs to be plugged in at least 10 minutes before continuing to the next step.

Step 2. Download the My Alliance WiFi app. You can search either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for My Alliance WiFi. Then install it on your mobile device.

Step 3. Select “Let’s get started.”

Step 4. Select “Sign Up” towards the bottom of the screen.

Step 5. Enter your personal information. The password you enter here will be used when you access the My Alliance WiFi app. Then select “Sign Up” at the bottom.

Step 6. Point your camera at the QR code found on the bottom of your router. (Your router might be attached to a stand. If it is, you will need to remove the router from the stand to see the QR code.)

Step 7.Choose “Skip this step.” (Your Alliance Technician already set up your Wi-Fi when installing your router.)

Step 8. Press “I don’t have a mesh (SAT)” when the box below pops up. (Press “I don’t have a mesh” even if you have a mesh unit installed.)
