Paperless Web Billing Becomes Our Standard Billing Option

Beginning with the October 1, 2026 bill, Alliance Communications will make Paperless Web Billing our standard method of bill delivery.

As more customers use online services, moving to electronic billing as our standard helps Alliance operate more efficiently and manage billing costs more fairly across our membership.

Customers who prefer to continue receiving a paper statement may still do so through our Paper Bill Service for $3 per month.

Why Are We Making This Change?

As a customer-owned cooperative, we work to allocate costs as fairly as possible among our members.

Paper statements involve additional expenses, including postage, paper, envelopes, printing, processing, equipment, vendor services, and administrative handling. These costs have continued to increase over time.

Rather than spreading those expenses across all customers, we believe it is more equitable to assign the cost of optional paper billing only to customers who choose to continue receiving paper statements.

What Do I Need to Do?

If you currently receive a paper bill and would like to switch to Paperless Web Billing, please enroll by September 15, 2026. Continue scrolling down for enrollment instructions.

Enrolling by September 15 will ensure your October 1 bill is delivered electronically and does not include the $3 monthly Paper Bill Service charge.

If you are already enrolled in Paperless Web Billing, no action is required.

How Does Paperless Web Billing Work?

Once enrolled, you will receive an email each month when your bill is ready to view.

You can then:

• View your current bill online
• Download or print your statement
• Access past invoices
• Review your account at any time

estatement.alliancecom.net/ebill/login

Prefer a Paper Statement?

Paper statements will remain available for customers who prefer them. You don’t need to do anything if you want to continue receiving your bill in the mail.

Beginning with the October 1 bill, customers who continue receiving a paper bill will be charged $3 per month for the Paper Bill Service.
