Alliance Communications Annual Meeting Will Be Online This Year
The Alliance Communications Annual Meeting for cooperative members will be online this year. Due to COVID-19, we are holding an online meeting on Thursday, July 16, 2020, at 7 p.m. Because we must have a quorum, we are asking members to RSVP for the Online Annual Meeting.
We will only accept ballots/RSVPs that are postmarked, returned to one of our business offices, or submitted online by Monday, July 6.
The online annual meeting will include the following business items:
- Cooperative’s board of directors election; and
- Reports from the cooperative’s officers; and
- Other business lawfully brought before cooperative members
We estimate the meeting will last around 15 minutes. Meeting presenters will mute all attendees during the presentations, and then a question and answer session will follow.
We appreciate your understanding of these changes, and we look forward to seeing you in person next year.
Those who submit their Ballots also will be entered into a drawing. Fifty lucky customer-owners will receive a $30 credit on their bills. You do NOT need to attend the online meeting to be eligible for prizes.
