Business offices temporarily closing due to increase in COVID-19 cases

Starting Tuesday, Oct. 20, we will be temporarily closing our retail offices in Brandon, Garretson and Baltic to the general public due to an increase in COVID-19 cases.

Closing our office to the general public is precautionary but necessary to maintain a safe environment for our staff and to ensure continuous internet, TV and phone connectivity for our customers.

You can access our 24/7 customer assistance by dialing 611 from any phone with Alliance service or (605) 582-6311 from your cell phone. During business hours, you can send a text message to (605) 594-3411 or an email message to email@alliancecom.net.

For service calls, our technicians are still available to enter homes and businesses upon permission from the customer and after a set of pre-screening questions. Our technicians will be wearing personal protective equipment during service calls.

Additionally, we’re accepting equipment returns in the entryway of each office. Simply follow the instructions posted in the entryway.
