On Tuesday, January 20, Alliance Communications will be performing an update to network equipment in your area. This maintenance may briefly disrupt service late tonight.
The interruption is expected to last approximately 15 minutes and may occur anytime between 11:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.
If your service does not automatically resume by 5:30 a.m., please unplug your router and any set-top boxes, if you have any, from the electrical outlet, wait a few seconds, and plug them back in.
We understand there is never a convenient time for service interruptions. By scheduling this update during our lowest usage hours, we hope to minimize any inconvenience.
