Alliance will be performing a software upgrade on your Alliance router beginning late Thursday, October 2, 2025, between 11:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. The upgrade should take no longer than 10 minutes.
We schedule these upgrades during overnight hours to minimize any inconvenience.
If your service does not automatically resume by 5:30 a.m., simply unplug your router from the electrical outlet, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in.
