The severe storms that moved through our service area last night caused some significant damage.
Our equipment offices in Inwood, IA, Hudson, SD, and Alcester, SD, weren’t damaged, but they are running on generators due to widespread power outages. While our systems at these locations are operational, Alliance services at your home or business can only be restored once local power returns. Based on our assessment, we have identified approximately 1,350 Alliance customers without service.
We are actively assessing the damage and working to restore service where possible, focusing first on where it’s safe and power has been restored.
Once your electric service is restored, you might need to unplug your router and/or set-top boxes from the electrical outlet. We have attached some tutorial videos if you need assistance. You may also call our offices at 605-582-6311 for assistance. We are here to help.
