Tuesday, April 29th – An update on some network equipment late tonight may briefly disrupt service for your area. The disruption should only last around 15 minutes between 11:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.
If your service doesn’t automatically resume by 5:30 a.m., unplug your router and set-top boxes, if you have any, from the electrical outlet and plug them back in.
