E-Statement

Pay your bills online or receive paperless bills with E-Statement. 

Pay online

Click here to pay online. You will need to create an E-Statement account if you haven't already done so.

Your payment will be processed the same day you enter it. If you want to use this option on a monthly basis, you will need to enter your payment each time.

Paperless bills

Paperless bills come with free, timely email reminders that let you know your bill is ready for viewing. Follow these steps to receive a paperless bill:

  1. Click here to register or sign in.
  2. Click on Manage Account.
  3. Click on Invoice Preference.
  4. Select Web Bill Only.

Automatic Bank Payment

Paying your bill is easy if you’re an automatic bank payment customer. You’ll still receive a copy of your bill on or before the first of the month. You can choose to have the automatic bank deduction from your bank account occur on the 10th, 15th or 20th of each month.

Click here to fill out the form and return it to Alliance Communications, PO Box 349, Garretson, SD  57030. If we receive your form before the 20th, your automatic bank withdrawal will be activated in time for the upcoming billing.

Simply mail your payment back to Alliance using the envelope enclosed with your bill.

Credit or debit card payment over the telephone

Alliance accepts payments by credit or debit card. Alliance does not keep customers’ credit card information on file. You will need to call our office every month and provide us with your credit card number.
