On Tuesday, April 16, Alliance will be making network changes in isolated areas of Howard that will allow us to offer even faster Internet speeds in the future. Unfortunately, these changes will temporarily disrupt Internet, cable and phone services in those isolated areas.
Alliance will give you prior notification when we’re ready to start working in your area. You will receive a phone call to the number you have on record with us. Your services could be down for as little as 15 minutes or for as long as 2-3 hours, but the disruption will only occur one time at your home or business. To restore your services, unplug your wireless router, DVRs and set-top boxes from their electrical outlets and then plug them back in.
