We want to let you know that solar outages may temporarily affect satellite-fed channel feeds during peak times of the day. This is a natural occurrence every Spring due to the sun’s interferences, and you may notice a brief loss of signal on some channels.
What you need to know:
-These outages typically last 5-7 minutes.
-They usually occur during peak sun hours.
-We expect these to be resolved by March 5th.
If you experience any interruptions, don’t worry- it’s most likely a solar outage! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to give us a call at 605-582-6311.
