A new software update is coming to the GigaSpire Blast Wi-Fi routers on late Friday, Nov. 3, into early Saturday, Nov. 4.
If you have this router, your internet service will be impacted for 5-7 minutes as your router reboots, and it could occur at any time between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
If your service doesn’t automatically resume after 15 minutes, unplug your router and mesh units, if you have any, from the electrical outlet and plug them back in.
