Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2023 ~ During the late night of Wednesday, Oct. 11, into early Thursday morning, an upstream provider will be updating some equipment. As a result, internet customers in Howard, Oldham, Ramona and Carthage will experience a few service disruptions that could last up to 20 minutes each time. These disruptions could occur at any time between 11:30 p.m. and 5 a.m.
If your service doesn’t automatically resume by 5 a.m., unplug your Wi-Fi router from the electrical outlet, and then plug it back in. If you need additional assistance, call our office by dialing 611 from any phone with Alliance service or (605) 582-6311.
