WINDOWS FTP INSTRUCTIONS

Once you've designed and laid out your pages you need to transfer them to the Alliance Internet Server for the whole world to see. To do this you need a program called WS_FTP. Click here to download it. (572K) Once downloaded, you will need to unzip this compressed file using a utility like WinZip.

When you've unzipped the file, double-click on Install.exe or Inst32.exe to install WS_FTP. Once installed, launch it and enter the information like the diagram below substituting your own username for "username" and your password.

Then just use the arrow buttons to transfer your files to the Alliance Internet server. That's it! Pretty easy, huh? Now go look at your work at: http://www.alliancecom.net/users/username.
