How do I use FTP (File Transfer Protocol)?

To use FTP, you need an FTP program such as WSFTP or FileZilla. WSFTP is a commercial program, and must be purchased. FileZilla is an open-source program and is free to use.

To access your FTP site, you must first provide the following information:

ftp.alliancecom.net
Your username
Your password

Note: For residential customers, your username and password for the FTP site are the same as your e-mail username and password. For Commercial customers, the username and password may be different.
