Unlimited Long Distance is available to residential customers in areas that have fiber-optics. Customers also must subscribe to the Ultimate Triple Play bundle to receive Unlimited Long Distance. Calling card, international, 900 number and directory assistance calls are charged on a per-call basis. If fiber optic technology isn’t available in your area yet, it will be in the future.

The Super 10 is available to business and residential customers throughout Alliance’s service territory. Customers must have Alliance Long Distance for in-state and out-of-state service to receive the Super 10. The Super 10 has a one-minute minimum and any additional minutes are billed in six-second increments for in-state calls. Out-of-state calls have a one-minute minimum with any fractional minutes rounded up to the nearest minute. The Super 10 applies to direct-dialed calls. The Super 10 rates do not apply to collect calls or Travel Card calls.

800 Numbers

  • Receive a lower rate for your 800 service if you have Alliance for your in-state and out-of-state long distance carier

800 numbers are available to business and residential customers throughout Alliance’s service territory.

Travel Card

  • 25¢ per minute any time to all 50 states
  • Calls are billed on your monthly Alliance bill
  • Restricted service if you only want users to call your home or business phone number.

Travel Cards are available to business and residential customers throughout Alliance’s service territory. A 30¢ federal surcharge is applied to calls made from payphones.
