Our goal is always to offer you great services. To meet that goal, we must manage our network. Usually we can do this without interrupting services, but there are times when we simply can’t.
In January, we will begin offering faster Internet speeds to customers. To meet this goal, however, we must upgrade some of our software and electronic equipment in November and December.
During these upgrades, you may experience a disruption to your Internet and cable TV service. If you have issues, power cycle your wireless router or reboot your computer. You can power cycle your router by unplugging it from the outlet and plugging it back in. If your cable TV service is interrupted, unplug your DVRs/set-top boxes from the electrical outlet and plug them back in.
