Forward your Voice Mail messages to your e-mail
This feature allows you not only to store your messages in your voice mailbox, but it also converts the voice message into an e-mail message. You can listen to or forward your messages along with saving or deleting them from your voice mailbox. This is very useful for those who have dial-up Internet service. Manage your Voice Mail through the Internet with Phone Central
Alliance’s new Voice Mail contains a free feature called Phone Central, which allows you to manage your Voice Mail settings from your computer. On your PC, you can listen to your voice messages, save or delete messages, and change personal configuration settings for your password, e-mail notification address, personal distribution lists, and pager notification.
To use Phone Central, call Alliance Communications by dialing 611 so we can send you the software. Phone Central can only be used on the computer in which it was installed.
System requirements
- Internet access (best used with a high-speed connection)
- Windows 2000 or Windows XP Operating System
- Microsoft .NET Framework version 1.1.

Control your Voice Mail remotely with ManageMyPhone.com
Manage My Phone allows you to access your Voice Mail messages and personal settings from the Web. Simply log on to the website www.ManageMyPhone.com. You can listen to your voice messages, save or delete messages, and change personal configuration settings for your password, e-mail notification address, personal distribution lists, and pager notification. Manage My Phone works well when you don’t have access to the computer on which you use Phone Central.
When you sign up for Phone Central, you also receive access to Manage My Phone. Call Alliance Communications by dialing 611 to receive these free services.
