On Tuesday, April 16, Alliance will be making network changes in isolated areas of Howard that will allow us to offer even faster Internet speeds in the future. Unfortunately, these changes will temporarily disrupt Internet, cable and phone services in those isolated areas.
When will my services be impacted?
Alliance will give you prior notification when we’re ready to start working in your area. You will receive a reminder phone call to the number you have on record with us.
How long will services be disrupted?
Your services could be down for as little as 15 minutes or for as long as 2-3 hours, but the disruption will only occur one time at your home or business.
How do I restore my services?
Unplug your wireless router, DVRs and set-top boxes from their electrical outlets and then plug them back in.
Call our office if your services have been down for more than a few hours, and they haven’t resumed after you’ve unplugged your equipment. Dial 611 from any phone with Alliance service or call (605) 582-6311 from your cell phone.
