How to resume services following a power outage

This weekend’s winter weather will likely cause some power outages. For those who are Alliance customers, your Alliance services should automatically resume when electricity returns. If they don’t, try unplugging your wireless router and cable TV DVR/set-top boxes and plugging them back in. If your Alliance services still don’t resume, call for additional assistance by dialing 611 from any Alliance phone or 582-6311 from your cell phone.
